It smells so good after it cooks. It smells like Christmas with the addition of the eggnog. The eggnog adds creaminess, and a little sweetness to this dish. The peanut butter also contributes to the creaminess.

This is a great way to incorporate walnuts into your diet, which help to provide such benefits as antioxidants and omega-3s. Enjoy a nice dose of protein and potassium from the yogurt and bananas. The almond milk adds a dairy free option, however, non-almondmilk can also be used, if preferred.

The cream cheese balances out the flavor of the olives, and the olives give an additional tastiness to the bagels. Alternatively, a different type of chocolate milk, of your choice, may be used for more sweetness. Top this dish off with a sprinkle of coconut flakes, and a side of maple syrup. As a suggested meal addition, we had apples and scrambled eggs on the side.
