Ingredients
This meal hits the spot, and is deliciously satisfying. It brings a little variation to a "typical" tuna melt. The warm, toasted pita, melted cheese, hints of dill, pepper, lemon, garlic, and combination of the other ingredients makes this dish so tasty. The crunchiness of the shallot and celery is a nice addition to this meal. The leftovers are just as scrumptious.
Directions
Chop the shallot and celery into small pieces. Place the pieces into a small mixing bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, dill weed, pepper, and lemon juice to the mixing bowl. Mix together.
