This is a great way to incorporate walnuts into your diet, which help to provide such benefits as antioxidants and omega-3s. Enjoy a nice dose of protein and potassium from the yogurt and bananas. The almond milk adds a dairy free option, however, non-almondmilk can also be used, if preferred.
