We love this dish, it is one of our favorites. We could eat it every week. It is so flavorful, delicious, and smells amazing. Per the bag of quinoa, quinoa has a nutty flavor, and an al dente texture. It is similar to a grain, is pre-washed, and can be used in the place of couscous or wheat. This dish is so healthy and easy to make.
Tomato Soup with Italian Sausage and Crunchy Carrots

Tomato soup is a classic soup that provides a warmth of goodness. The soup container that we used notes that it contains flavors of garlic and onion to add depth to the soup. The carrots add a little bit of crunchiness to the soup. If you prefer softer carrots, warm the soup with the carrots for additional time until they soften. We used an Italian sausage that we had left over from the dish with Italian sausages, sauerkraut, and stuffed bell peppers with couscous. This is a good option to use if you need an idea for how to use leftover sausages, or even for non-leftover sausages. This dish can also exclude the sausage to have a meatless meal.

A classic appetizer or snack to bring to a party, with an added bacon flavor. This can also be included as a side dish. The flavor combination of the ingredients may make you do a happy dance, as it did to us when eating. It will be hard to eat just one.

A refreshing, juicy, nutritious side dish. This dish can be eaten at any time of the day, and/or with different meals. It requires no cook time. The refreshing watermelon is so hydrating. With the addition of the balsamic vinegar, mint, and feta, it is sure to be lip-smacking. We used freeze dried mint.
