Ingredients
A quick meal idea with healthy ingredients that can be eaten for lunch, dinner, on-the-go, or cut into pinwheels to serve at a party. These wraps are light, and will leave you feeling full, but not overly or uncomfortably stuffed. This wrap includes the classic flavor of hummus. Optionally try with your favorite hummus flavor and any other veggies that you may enjoy.
Directions
Spread 1 heaping tbsp of hummus onto each wrap or tortilla.
- We used the family size of Sabra Classic Hummus (Non GMO Verified. Gluten Free).
- We also used the 8 count of Mission Super Soft Flour Burrito Tortillas.
We used a vinegar wash to clean our cucumber and then cut the cucumber into long strips. Add about 3 cucumber strips on top of the hummus.
Then add about 1/4 cup of the roasted red peppers onto the hummus.
- We used Mezzetta Family Co. Mild Roasted Red Bell Pepper Strips California Fresh Pack (Non GMO Verified).
Next, add 1/4 cup of feta.
Then add about 1 handful of spring mix per wrap.
- We used President Feta Crumbles, and Nature's Promise Organic Baby Spinach and Spring Mix (USDA Organic. No GMO Ingredients. No Prohibited Synthetic Ingredients. No Prohibited Chemical Pesticides).
Optionally add a splash or drizzle of a garden herb vinaigrette on top, such as Wish-Bone Garden Herb Vinaigrette Dressing made with an Avocado Oil Blend.
