Ingredients
This snack is perfect at any time. It is not only nutritious, but quick. It can be eaten as an on-the-go snack, when in a pinch for time. This snack does not require any cook time. It may be eaten with crunchy peanut butter as well. We made one rice cake with just peanut butter and banana pieces, and the other with peanut butter, walnut pieces, and roasted cinnamon.
Directions
Spread peanut butter onto each rice cake, enough to cover one side of each rice cake.
- We used Giant’s Creamy Peanut Butter (Non-GMO Verified).
Cut 1 banana into pieces, and add 4 pieces of the banana onto each rice cake. Additional banana pieces may be added to your preference.
Optional: Add walnuts and sprinkle cinnamon on top of the banana pieces and walnuts for additional flavor.
- We used Fisher Chef’s Natural Walnut Halves and Pieces (Non-GMO Verified. No Preservatives. Vegan. Naturally Gluten Free. Excellent Source of Ala Omega-3.), and McCormick Roasted Cinnamon.
