Ingredients
Chocolate and graham crackers taste so delightful together. An added bonus is that this is a quick treat without many ingredients. Try with a variety of your favorite toppings to see what is your favorite. The chocolate can also be melted in the microwave for an even quicker cook time. This is a fun treat to make with kids.
Directions
Add enough water to a small pot so that it does not touch the bottom of a small glass or Pyrex mixing bowl. Place the bowl in the pot so the rim of the bowl rests on the rim of the pot.
Add the chocolate morsels to the bowl.
- We used Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsels 11.5 wt oz bag (100% Real Chocolate. No Artificial Flavors or Colors. No Preservatives. Gluten Free).
Heat on high until the chocolate morsels melt. The melted morsels may be too thick for some, if so, stir in a splash of milk with the melted morsels.
Break the graham crackers into your desired sizes. We just split each one in half.
- We used 1 sleeve of the Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crackers 14.4 wt oz box (No High Fructose Corn Syrup. Made with Real Honey).
Dip the graham crackers in the melted chocolate, or spread the melted chocolate on top of the graham crackers.
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
- We used Snyder’s of Hanover Mini Pretzels 16 wt oz bag (Non-GMO Verified. Fat Free). This was our favorite topping, which provided a nice mixture of the saltiness of the pretzels and sweetness of the chocolate.
- We also used Nature’s Promise Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes 8 wt oz bag (USDA Organic. No GMOs. No Prohibited Synthetic Ingredients. No Prohibited Pesticides), and Reese’s Miniature Milk Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cups 35.6 wt oz bag.
