Ingredients
A scrumptious treat. If you’re not sure what to do with those Thanksgiving leftovers, try this recipe. These rolls can be eaten with lunch, dinner, as a grab-and-go snack, or on the side with a main dish. The buttery flavor of the crescent rolls is a nice addition to the flavors of the other ingredients.
Directions
We followed the steps on the can of crescent rolls. Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Unroll the dough, and separate the dough into 8 triangles. Place the rolls on a cookie sheet. We used an aluminum foil covered baking sheet. Also, we added about 1 tsp of vegetable oil onto the aluminum foil before placing the dough onto the aluminum foil, to help the dough from sticking to the foil.
- We used the 8 count of Pillsbury Grands! Crescents Big & Buttery Rolls.
Spread a layer of mashed potatoes onto the rolls. We used leftover redskin potatoes.
Then add a layer of stuffing.
Next, add a layer of turkey.
Finally, add a layer of cranberry sauce.
- We used Ocean Spray’s Whole Cranberry Sauce (No Artificial Colors, Flavors, or Preservatives).
The ingredients can be added in a different order, per your preference. If you can, roll up the triangles, starting at the wide end, and curve each into a crescent shape. Ours had too much of each ingredient, so we left them open-face.
Bake for 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.
