This meal can be an option for using leftover cranberry sauce. It is a very colorful dish. It has Fall flavors, feelings, and colors, and Christmas colors with the dark red cranberry sauce, and bright orange color of the mandarin oranges. The mixture of the cream cheese with the flavors of the cranberry sauce and cream cheese is so scrumptious.

Toast the bread. We used a toaster oven, but broiling in the oven works just as well.

  • We used Arnold Whole Grains Oat Nut Bread (26g of Whole Grain per 2 Slices. Free From Artificial Preservatives, Colors and Flavors. No High Fructose Corn Syrup. No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils. 0g Trans Fat. Cholesterol Free. No Monoglycerides).

Once the bread toasts, add the cream cheese onto the toast.

  • We used 1 to 2 tbsp of Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese Spread per slice of toast (No Artificial Preservatives, Flavors, or Dyes. Made with Fresh Milk and Real Cream).

Add the cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese.

  • We used around 1 to 2 tbsp of Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce per slice of toast (No Artificial Colors, Flavors, or Preservatives).

Then add the mandarin oranges on top. We added about 4 to 6 slices of the mandarin oranges per slice of toast.

  • We used Dole Mandarin Oranges in 100% Fruit Juice (Non GMO).
