Ingredients
These beefy bite-sized snacks are super tasty and very flavorful. It will be hard to eat just one. Great for a party as an appetizer, or to eat on the side with a meal, or as a snack. The garlic aioli tastes delicious with the corned beef and roasted red peppers. The crunchy toast crackers taste great with the other ingredients. Enjoy them cold or warm.
Directions
Drain the liquid from the jar of roasted red peppers.
- We used the 12 fl oz jar of Cento Chef's Cut Roasted Red Peppers (Made with 100% Natural Sea Salt. Gluten Free).
Place the snack crackers or toast crackers into a tray.
- We used one 0.42 lb container of Giant's brand of Garlic Snack Crackers.
Pull off 2 pieces of beef to add to each cracker. Make sure the size of the corned beef is big enough to cover the whole cracker.
- We used Hanhs Corned Beef Round.
Add a dollop of the aioli to each cracker on top of the corned beef, which is about 1 tsp of aioli per cracker.
- We used Stonewall Kitchen's Roasted Garlic Aioli (Gluten Free. Non GMO) of the 10.25 wt oz jar.
Add the roasted red peppers on top. Divide 1 quarter of the 12 fl oz jar of roasted red peppers between all of the crackers.
Add a sprinkle of cracked pepper on top to taste.
- We used McCormick Peppercorn Medley Grinder (Non GMO), which contains a mixture of black peppercorns, coriander, pink peppercorns, white peppercorns, allspice, and green peppercorns.
Enjoy cold or place in oven to bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit to take the chill off.
